Supports market intelligence revenue initiatives through prospecting, lead and campaign management, CRM sales tasks, meeting preparation, territory analysis, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The intern develops sales skills including lead generation, cold calling, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and contracting while building knowledge of financial markets, products, and client solutions.

Own global sales compensation operations, including commission modeling, forecasting, payroll validation, exception approvals, SOX controls, risk management, reconciliations, dispute resolution, clawbacks, and plan effectiveness analytics. Partner with Sales, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and Compliance leaders to ensure accurate, timely, governed, and financially controlled commission payments.

Manage sales compensation operations, including commission calculations, quota and crediting processes, payout accuracy, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, financial controls, reporting, and process improvements. Use Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and compensation systems to analyze incentive data, resolve issues, and provide actionable insights to Finance and Sales leadership.
