Serve as regional product specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence datafeed solutions, deploy and configure feeds, train and support clients, drive adoption and retention, collaborate with sales and product teams, and gather client feedback to inform product enhancements.

Lead Salesforce product delivery for Customer Experience: gather stakeholder requirements, write user stories, prioritize backlog, plan and drive sprints, partner with Salesforce support, track KPIs, and implement roadmap features to increase platform value and operational efficiency.
