Responsibilities and Impact

  • Develop and own integrated event marketing strategies for a portfolio of S&P Global events, conferences, client programmes and third-party activations across APAC, translating business and audience objectives into actionable multi-channel campaign plans.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across email, web, social and partner channels, including audience segmentation, landing pages, registration journeys, campaign tracking and reporting using platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and Cvent.

  • Manage multiple regional projects simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, stakeholder updates, run-of-show documentation and post-event reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and execution efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in English, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and coordinate programmes across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering both owned events and third-party conference or sponsorship activations, including vendor coordination, speaker logistics, onsite delivery and sponsorship fulfilment.
