Leads financial strategy, planning, performance, governance, compliance, treasury, and transformation across APAC’s multi-entity operations. Partners with executive leadership on growth, investments, manufacturing expansion, risk, and commercial decisions. Oversees accounting, FP&A, tax, reporting, cash management, working capital, M&A integration, and regulatory requirements. Manages a 15–25-person finance organization, strengthens cross-border processes and controls, and develops finance capabilities aligned with global standards.

Leads APAC specification strategy for low-voltage power solutions across data centers, healthcare, infrastructure, energy, and commercial and industrial buildings. Collaborates with designers, consultants, key accounts, sales teams, and local specifiers to influence tenders and support strategic projects. Develops technical presentations, white papers, and sales tools; trains specification teams; tracks performance KPIs; supports new product launches; and provides market feedback to marketing and development teams. Requires 40–50% international travel.

Supports recruitment and junior hiring, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Assists employer branding, learning and development activities, onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, HR administration, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Provides basic HR reporting and data analysis using Excel and internal HR tools.
