Supports recruitment and junior hiring, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Assists employer branding, learning and development activities, onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, HR administration, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Provides basic HR reporting and data analysis using Excel and internal HR tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Employer Branding Support
- Support end‑to‑end internship and junior hiring activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist with employer branding initiatives, including content creation and updates on platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment portals.
2. Learning & Development
- Support the coordination and delivery of L&D activities such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellbeing events).
Assist in preparing training materials, communications, and post‑event feedback analysis.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation and coordination with stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team on day‑to‑day tasks.
4. HR Projects & Data Support
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects related to engagement, culture, and process improvement.
Assist with basic HR reporting and data analysis using Excel and internal HR tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑related topics.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.
