Responsibilities
- Support in project documentation submission
- Make improvement to sales & project documentation & process efficiency with AI tool
- Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
- Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection
- Support marketing activities
- Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or relating discipline
- Strong in communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
