Support the Research team by onboarding and managing Insight Providers, identifying research gaps, tracking OKRs, overseeing bespoke research project timelines and deliverable quality, and analyzing financials to inform business decisions.

Conduct bottom-up ASEAN equity research (company tear-sheets, channel checks, management meeting notes), thematic macro/sector commentary, valuation and relative-value analysis, and event-driven briefs. Provide bespoke, high-touch research services to institutional clients and build scalable ASEAN coverage, with emphasis on Indonesia and regional markets.

Own and grow Smartkarmas Private Wealth segment by selling research, data, platform subscriptions, and API solutions. Manage full sales cycle, build relationships with private banks, wealth managers, CIOs and wealthtech firms, forecast and maintain pipeline, coordinate with product and client teams, and represent the company in client meetings and events to drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts.
