Lead analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of cloud-native Node.js microservices and APIs. Translate business requirements into technical designs, implement CI/CD and IaC, investigate production incidents, perform code reviews, and produce technical documentation while ensuring API governance and architectural best practices.

Manage and coordinate talent and organisational development programs: run training logistics, track IDPs and learning records, support onboarding, conduct development needs analysis, facilitate 360 feedback and employee engagement, liaise with HRBPs and vendors, design and deliver in-house training, and manage training grant/subsidy applications.

Lead commercial analytics to drive revenue growth through customer intelligence, LTV and propensity modeling, churn interception, product and lane economics, forecasting, and executive reporting. Build governance, optimize CRM/ERP data quality, and design and eventually lead a Commercial Intelligence team to operationalize data-driven growth.

The Pricing Manager will lead pricing strategy for warehousing and B2B distribution, develop pricing models, conduct financial analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and margins.

Own and optimize the vPost website (WordPress), create and execute content strategy, source brand partnerships and deals, lead SEO/GEO efforts, align organic content with SEM, and monitor analytics to drive traffic and revenue growth.
