Build interactive Power BI dashboards, extract and clean data, track operational KPIs, conduct market research, source prospective partners, and support pitch decks and strategic proposals. The intern will translate quantitative insights into executive communications while developing skills in business development, pipeline management, lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accruals, reconciliations, system runs, SOP maintenance, reporting, variance analysis, and internal controls. Review junior staff work, validate journal entries, identify operational risks, and provide guidance. Participate in AI, RPA, and automation initiatives to improve workflows and collaborate with technical teams on solution implementation.

Leads enterprise talent management, organizational development, learning and development, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement, DEI, workforce planning, reskilling, learning programs, vendor management, and workforce analytics to build a future-ready, high-performance organization.
