Principal UX Architect responsible for simplifying complex omnichannel logistics experiences across mobile, web, kiosks, post offices, and physical operations. Leads stakeholder workshops, field research, journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping, design-system and token management, responsive component design, and implementation audits.
