Serve as a pre-sales Integrated Risk Management subject-matter expert, designing ServiceNow IRM solutions and delivering demos, proof-of-value engagements, presentations, RFP responses, and customer advisory. Map risk and compliance frameworks to platform capabilities, integrate AI features into risk workflows, support sales campaigns, develop enablement assets, advise on responsible AI governance, and collaborate with product, development, partners, and global solution consulting teams.

Develop and expand ServiceNow’s distributor and reseller ecosystem across APAC. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage channel partners; create go-to-market and pipeline-generation strategies; lead sales engagements through close; build partner business plans and incentives; conduct business reviews; coach partner leadership; and coordinate marketing, technical, enablement, and sales teams to accelerate growth.

Drive net-new business across non-named Indonesian accounts through a channel-first sales model. Develop territory plans, identify and co-sell with partners, generate demand, lead opportunities through close, enable partner capabilities, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts. Position ServiceNow solutions for business and IT buyers across key industries while coordinating internal sales, marketing, pre-sales, and partner teams. The role requires strong B2B technology sales performance, channel expertise, Indonesia market knowledge, and professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
