Partners with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, executives, and professional services to build pipeline, achieve territory revenue goals, and support customer-facing events. Requires 7+ years of pre-sales consulting or sales engineering experience and ServiceNow or cloud software expertise.

Builds client relationships, supports territory sales goals, advises on competitive positioning, collaborates with product and services teams, and shares solution best practices. Requires extensive pre-sales consulting or sales engineering experience, ServiceNow or cloud software expertise, AI workflow knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Drives new SaaS business and expansion revenue across public sector accounts. Develops strategic account plans, builds executive relationships, navigates government procurement, leads complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinates cross-functional teams, positions ServiceNow’s workflow, AI, security, and transformation solutions, forecasts performance, and consistently achieves sales targets.
