Lead and elevate ServiceNow's brand creative across APAC, directing regional strategy and execution for campaigns, events, digital, film, and executive experiences. Partner with global and regional teams, manage an embedded studio, contribute hands-on, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows to scale high-quality, consistent brand work.

Grow and manage ServiceNow reseller channel in Indonesia: recruit, onboard, enable and incentivize partners, drive joint sales from discovery to close, coordinate internal resources, run partner marketing and training, monitor partner performance, and maintain weekly onsite partner presence.

Own technical advisory relationships across technology partners (ISVs, strategic partners, hyperscalers). Drive architecture, co-innovation, integration patterns, Store/marketplace readiness, and joint GTM. Enable cloud-native reference architectures, AI embedding, and partner certification while representing partner needs to product and engineering teams.
