Supports manufacturing process optimization through time studies, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, capacity analysis, material-flow improvement, factory-layout development, Lean initiatives, ergonomic assessments, and data-driven problem solving. Collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, facilities, automation, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, space utilization, and cost efficiency.

Lead data discovery, governance, and master data management for supply chain. Define processes, KPIs, and quality metrics; translate business needs into data requirements; resolve data issues; run workshops and collaborate across technical and business teams to improve data quality and implement solutions.

Leads supplier capability development, NPI readiness, manufacturing process improvement, and supplier-related projects. Partners with category, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to assess feasibility, implement robust processes, and ensure production, quality, cost, and safety objectives. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, influences suppliers and stakeholders, and contributes to product and category strategies in a regulated environment.
