Leads long-range capacity planning across ResMed’s global manufacturing and supply network, integrating demand forecasts, scenario analysis, constraints, investments, and network priorities over an 18-month to five-year horizon. Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to establish planning processes, identify risks and bottlenecks, support network transformation, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Leads complex capital investment and transformation projects across manufacturing automation, warehouse systems, infrastructure, and construction. Owns projects from feasibility and business case development through design, implementation, commissioning, and operational handover. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, suppliers, contractors, governance, and multidisciplinary teams. Also improves project management frameworks, processes, reporting, and delivery practices across Supply Chain Engineering.

Supports manufacturing engineering operations, process troubleshooting, root cause investigations, CAPA, documentation, validation, lean improvement, automation, data analysis, and new product introduction activities. The intern collaborates with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
