Lead global expedition planning and execution while implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, and integrations. Manage international permitting, logistics, and vessel coordination; build integrations across mission platforms; maintain mission data governance and automated reporting; conduct post-expedition reviews and drive continuous operational improvement across cross-functional stakeholders.

The Director, Business Operations will oversee the Singapore office's operations, implement scalable processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance across global teams.
