Manages operational coordination across partnerships, donor engagements, and ecosystem programmes. Responsibilities include contract and entitlement tracking, procurement and invoice coordination, programme delivery, stakeholder liaison, reporting, event logistics, and process improvement. The role builds scalable tracking systems, monitors commitments and risks, coordinates cross-functional inputs, and ensures externally funded initiatives, payments, reports, and partnership obligations are delivered accurately and on time.

Identifies and supports Singapore cybersecurity startups and SMEs by assessing growth potential, facilitating customer, pilot, partnership, investor and funding opportunities, and enabling international expansion. Builds relationships with CISOs, enterprises, government agencies, investors and ecosystem partners. Curates market-access missions and business matching, contributes to venture-development initiatives, tracks venture outcomes, and collaborates across NUS Enterprise, CSA and external stakeholders to strengthen Singapore’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

Manage the planning, administration, stakeholder coordination, delivery, marketing, and reporting of BLOCK71 Japan programmes. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, coordinating participants and partners, managing contracts and payments, supporting events and visits, tracking milestones and risks, preparing communications and reports, and providing operational support to the Centre Director.

Leads media relations and corporate communications by finding and shaping stories, developing media strategies, pitching journalists, managing interviews and events, advising senior leaders on reputation and crisis communications, coordinating PR agencies across markets, and measuring media impact. The role requires strong storytelling, editing, stakeholder advisory, agency management, and knowledge of Singapore and regional media landscapes.

Provides first-level desktop support for hardware, peripherals, printing, software, connectivity, and internal systems. Handles device provisioning, imaging, deployment, onboarding, and offboarding. Supports audio-visual setup, operation, troubleshooting, and teardown for events across multiple venues, including pre-event checks, video conferencing, recording, livestreaming, and preventive maintenance. Escalates unresolved IT and AV issues to internal teams or vendors while managing concurrent requests and occasional after-hours events.

Executes standard university IP commercialisation transactions, including licenses, options, assignments, technology transfer agreements, term sheets, and definitive agreements. Assesses opportunities against approved licensing pathways, guides inventors and counterparties, manages negotiations and approvals, maintains transaction records, and escalates non-standard structures. The role also supports governance processes and improves templates, workflows, playbooks, and operational practices.

Leads complex university intellectual property commercialization transactions, including licensing, assignments, options, technology transfers, and strategic partnerships. Evaluates commercialization opportunities, structures economic terms, negotiates agreements, supports governance and execution, advises stakeholders, and improves transaction frameworks. Provides coaching and technical leadership to transaction professionals while balancing commercial objectives, fair market value, stewardship obligations, and institutional interests.

Manage operational integrity of three grant streams (De-GAP, Central GAP, TDA): track budgets, claims, procurement, milestones and reporting; lead weekly operating cadence; maintain dashboards; manage audits; map and translate manual workflows into requirements for an AI-driven grant management solution; support new programme reviews for compliance and financial sustainability; coordinate across PIs, finance, procurement and vendors.

Guide and mentor deep-tech startup teams from concept to launch, scout and source university technologies, align research with market needs, support fundraising, hiring and partnerships, and collaborate with NUS Enterprise to scale ventures.

Manage the PIER71 Landing Pad start-up program: design offerings, measure outcomes, build community engagement, manage contributor relationships, support onboarding/offboarding, and develop regional partnerships across the Americas to support market entry and expansion.

As a Visual Storyteller, you'll create impactful visuals and videos that narrate stories of entrepreneurs and research at NUS Enterprise, managing multiple projects independently.

Provide day-to-day marketing and event coordination support for a 12-month contract: manage registrations and guest communications, prepare event materials, provide on-site ushering and speaker/VIP support, coordinate vendors, assist with social media and email marketing, capture event photos and feedback, perform administrative tasks, and support post-event follow-up.

Build, test and sustain AI agents, RAG/vector search and platform integrations for ETP Hub. Develop retrieval, embedding, indexing and user-facing AI tools, create API connectors and automation scripts, document workflows, and support deployment, monitoring and refinements to improve search, retrieval and operational efficiency.

Lead technical architecture and delivery for AI automation, data integration, workflow automation, and platform capabilities. Design scalable, secure solutions, manage AI engineering delivery, set engineering standards, oversee data and inference-layer work, integrate SaaS/platforms, and establish governance, testing, and documentation for sustainable automation.
