Leads complex university intellectual property commercialization transactions, including licensing, assignments, options, technology transfers, and strategic partnerships. Evaluates commercialization opportunities, structures economic terms, negotiates agreements, supports governance and execution, advises stakeholders, and improves transaction frameworks. Provides coaching and technical leadership to transaction professionals while balancing commercial objectives, fair market value, stewardship obligations, and institutional interests.
