Manage the planning, administration, stakeholder coordination, delivery, marketing, and reporting of BLOCK71 Japan programmes. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, coordinating participants and partners, managing contracts and payments, supporting events and visits, tracking milestones and risks, preparing communications and reports, and providing operational support to the Centre Director.

Leads media relations and corporate communications by finding and shaping stories, developing media strategies, pitching journalists, managing interviews and events, advising senior leaders on reputation and crisis communications, coordinating PR agencies across markets, and measuring media impact. The role requires strong storytelling, editing, stakeholder advisory, agency management, and knowledge of Singapore and regional media landscapes.
