Supports the Asset Finance and Shipping practice by preparing financing and corporate documents, registering charges, coordinating with clients and counsel, reviewing transaction materials, preparing closing checklists, organizing transaction bibles, and maintaining legal research and precedent resources. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English, legal research capability, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a demanding law firm environment.

Owns end-to-end transactional and strategic bid responses for Singapore and Asia, particularly in Energy, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources. Responsibilities include bid planning, stakeholder coordination, proposal drafting and editing, project management, document control, pricing and compliance coordination, post-bid follow-up, reporting, and coaching colleagues. The role partners with lawyers, business development teams, and regional leadership to develop tailored client responses and support mandate growth.

Manages business development and marketing for Norton Rose Fulbright’s Singapore office, with emphasis on disputes and transport practices. Responsibilities include developing business plans, campaigns, client development initiatives, bids, pitches, events, communications, directory submissions, budgets, and ROI reporting. The role partners closely with lawyers, regional and global marketing teams, and business stakeholders to deliver commercially focused initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and support practice growth.
