Manages end-to-end international recruiting across engineering, product, gaming, publishing, and other functions. Partners with hiring managers and global HR teams, sources and assesses candidates, builds talent pipelines, manages offers and onboarding support, and provides talent market insights. Supports TA operations, ATS management, reporting, process improvement, agency management, campus recruiting, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Leads technical R&D for runtime animation in a high-quality dual-perspective PvP shooter. Designs and implements aiming, weapon handling, procedural animation, animation graphs, and state orchestration systems. Establishes technical standards, diagnoses quality issues, drives cross-team delivery, and evaluates live-operation results. Provides matrix leadership and mentorship for animation technical artists while balancing quality, performance, maintainability, and production needs.
