Develop and execute alliance strategy, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, create qualified pipeline, coordinate cross-functional execution, negotiate partnership activities, track alliance performance, represent Nebius at events, and travel extensively across APJ to build executive relationships and accelerate market expansion.

Lead diagnosis and resolution of advanced issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, cloud and storage. Support ML model deployment and performance, build Python/Bash automation, mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineering to reduce incidents and improve systems.

Design and implement cloud infrastructure and MLOps solutions for customers. Lead PoCs, workshops, and trainings; create IaC and documentation; optimize GPU ML pipelines; act as technical advisor across product, support and marketing teams.

Lead and scale APAC recruiting for Product & Infrastructure: build regional recruiting team, establish scalable processes and tooling, partner with leadership/HR/compensation, manage agencies, use hiring data to prioritise and report, and act as player-coach on critical hires.

Lead Nebius's APJ legal function from Singapore, owning customer commercial contracting, procurement, data center/construction and real estate matters. Provide commercial, business-oriented legal advice to Sales, Finance and Operations; manage external counsel across APJ; build templates, playbooks and scalable regional legal processes; and support cross-border transactions and regulatory, labor, and infrastructure issues.

Manage end-to-end procurement of servers and GPUs for APAC data center builds: negotiate with OEM/ODM vendors, optimize costs, resolve supply constraints, create dashboards/reports, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support post-go-live maintenance procurement and stock planning to ensure zero-disruption operations.
