The Lead HR Operations Specialist oversees HR operations in the APAC region, managing the employee lifecycle, compliance, data integrity, and HRIS implementation, while leading projects and maintaining operational excellence.

Lead and scale strategic partner relationships across APJ (SIs, MSPs, VARs) to drive partner-led pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption for Nebius GPU IaaS and cloud offerings. Develop joint business plans, enable partners across sales/technical/GT M motions, recruit and activate new partners, align with sales/marketing/product, track partner performance and forecasts. Regional role based in Singapore with ~25% international travel.

The Principal Solutions Architect leads technical engagement with strategic customers, focusing on presales, ML workloads, and solution delivery, ensuring successful adoption of Nebius AI cloud solutions.
