Lead reliability engineering for Nebius’s APAC network infrastructure. Define SLOs, improve network and data-center readiness, manage incidents and postmortems, build observability, automate safer network changes, and establish on-call practices. Collaborate across APAC and Europe, then hire and mentor the regional SRE team. The role requires hands-on Linux, networking, high-availability systems, software automation, infrastructure tooling, and independent ownership in an early-stage environment.

Drive customer acquisition and growth across the APJ region by selling Nebius’ AI and cloud platform. Responsibilities include territory planning, enterprise relationship development, consultative solution selling, complex negotiations, deal closing, forecasting, partner coordination, customer engagement, and representing the company at regional events. The role is based remotely in Singapore and requires regional travel.

Provides legal support for Nebius’s APJ operations, focusing on procurement, infrastructure, real estate, data center, co-location, lease, and commercial agreements. Advises on permits, licenses, regulatory developments, sourcing initiatives, and risk management. Negotiates contracts, manages external counsel, and collaborates with procurement and infrastructure teams across regions and cultures.

Design and review mechanical systems for data centres, focusing on HVAC, cooling, liquid cooling integration, heat transfer, fluid distribution, capacity, redundancy, and maintainability. Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors; review technical documentation; support procurement, construction, site assessments, installation, and commissioning. Improve energy and water efficiency while standardizing scalable designs for high-density AI and HPC environments.

Owns the deployment, connectivity, troubleshooting, and production operations of APAC data center, colocation, backbone, and transport networks. Responsibilities include building OOB and leaf-spine fabrics, configuring routing and switching, supporting regional connectivity, coordinating global operational handoffs, participating in on-call rotations, documenting procedures, and mentoring incoming engineers. The role requires high autonomy across greenfield sites and collaboration with teams in Europe and the United States.

Design and architect large-scale GPU clusters across compute, networking, and storage. Model performance for AI/ML workloads, define low-latency interconnects (InfiniBand/RoCE), integrate storage, and operationalize reliability and monitoring with SRE, networking, and storage teams.

Design, implement, and optimize global enterprise wired, wireless, and VPN networks. Own branch connectivity, network automation, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, equipment evaluation, and telecom provider escalations. Design and review mechanical systems for high-density GPU data centers across APAC. Design and implement cloud infrastructure and MLOps solutions for customers. Lead PoCs, workshops, and trainings; create IaC and documentation; optimize GPU ML pipelines; act as technical advisor across product, support and marketing teams.

Lead and scale APAC recruiting for Product & Infrastructure: build regional recruiting team, establish scalable processes and tooling, partner with leadership/HR/compensation, manage agencies, use hiring data to prioritise and report, and act as player-coach on critical hires.

Manage end-to-end procurement of servers and GPUs for APAC data center builds: negotiate with OEM/ODM vendors, optimize costs, resolve supply constraints, create dashboards/reports, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support post-go-live maintenance procurement and stock planning to ensure zero-disruption operations.
