Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives across APAC. Define scope, success criteria, ownership, risks, dependencies, and rollout plans while reviewing technical designs and driving decisions. Establish regional project management practices, coordinate distributed engineering and external partner teams, and ensure adoption through documentation, runbooks, feedback loops, and operational readiness. The role requires strong infrastructure knowledge and the ability to influence technical teams without formal authority.

Provides executive support to the APJ General Manager, manages Singapore office operations, supports Sales and GTM activities, coordinates vendors and facilities, oversees budgets and compliance, and enhances employee and visitor experience. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, CRM reporting, customer events, onboarding, workplace safety, invoices, procurement, and stakeholder coordination across regional and global teams.

Lead the development of software and services that automate network lifecycle management across APAC data centers. Build safe deployment workflows, observability and telemetry systems, APIs, drift detection, rollbacks, and operational tooling. Own architecture and technical decisions, collaborate with network engineers and SREs, and establish engineering standards. Hire, onboard, and mentor the regional engineering team while remaining hands-on with software development and service operations.
