The role 

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with strong expertise & hands-on experience in server and GPU infrastructure procurement to support our global data center operations in the APAC region. You will operate at a high execution speed and be expected to quickly integrate into ongoing projects.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds
  • Negotiating directly with OEM/ODM vendors
  • Creating dashboards and report on existing tasks to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner within the deadline.
  • Managing cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations
  • Coordinating closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations team
  • Maintenance Procurement: supporting global data centers after go-live, ensuring zero-disruption operations through proactive stock planning, coordinating urgent procurement

We expect you to have: 

  • At least 5+ years of experience in server / data center hardware procurement
  • Direct experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of securing supply commitments and favorable commercial terms in constrained markets
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to quickly understand technical infrastructure requirements
  • Working proficiency in English

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Hands-on experience with GPU procurement
  • Experience in hyper-scale / AI infrastructure environments
  • Experience in global procurement operations
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems
