Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable hybrid network architectures across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premises environments. Maintain network security, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, automate tasks, support disaster recovery, document configurations, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure high availability and compliance.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for fund administration, custody, trustee, AML, banking and related services. Draft, review and negotiate service, intragroup, outsourcing and vendor agreements; manage external counsel; advise stakeholders and senior management; maintain precedents; support projects and represent legal on internal committees.

Provide full fund accounting services for private equity clients including NAV preparation, pricing, reconciliations, capital call/distribution calculations, management fee and waterfall computations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit assistance, client communication, and ad hoc projects.

Serve as SME for Private Markets Solutions (Private Debt/Hybrid funds) across lifecycle. Lead product and operations projects, design new models, enhance loan administration/loan agency/CLO products, support BD and onboarding, triage Sentry-related processing issues, liaise with SaaS vendor, participate in UAT and production support, and produce documentation and training for global stakeholders.

Lead system and static data setups for new client and fund onboarding, manage conversion activities, validate NAV and shareholder data, standardize processes, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure ISAE/SOC compliance while guiding the client data team.
