Leads private markets product management for debt services, serving as a subject matter expert across private credit and hybrid fund lifecycles. Drives product roadmap projects, operating model enhancements, new product launches, client onboarding, business development support, UAT, production support, process improvement, and vendor coordination. Supports Loan Administration, Loan Agency, and CLO products while resolving Sentry platform and integration issues across global teams.

Provides in-house legal, regulatory, and documentation support for MUFG Investor Services’ global fund administration and financial services businesses. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating service, outsourcing, vendor, and intragroup agreements; advising operational teams and senior management; coordinating external counsel; supporting business initiatives; maintaining legal precedents; and representing Legal on internal committees.
