Teams at MUFG Investor Services

Provides fund accounting services for private equity clients, including NAV preparation, investment valuation, reconciliations, fee calculations, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, and NAV packages. Communicates with internal teams and external clients, resolves issues, supports client satisfaction, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting expertise, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with fund administration software.

Reviews and processes client portfolios for debt services, including lifecycle events, restructurings, securities and loan setups, credit agreements, position substantiation, and reporting. Acts as a control reviewer, handles escalations, supports NAV cycles, maintains procedures and SLAs, communicates with clients, and trains team members. Participates in service-enhancement projects while ensuring accurate, compliant operational delivery.

Provides legal, regulatory, and documentation support for MUFG Investor Services’ global fund administration, custody, banking, trustee, and related businesses. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, advising internal stakeholders and boards, managing external counsel, supporting business initiatives, maintaining legal precedents, and representing Legal on internal committees.
