Manage campaigns end to end, optimize performance, run tests, produce weekly reports and forecasts, coordinate stakeholders, and translate acquisition metrics into business recommendations. The role also supports sponsored content, media sales campaigns, email marketing, analytics, dashboard development, and adoption of AI tools.

Own and run HR operations across Singapore and Hong Kong: payroll, benefits, HRIS, onboarding, performance cycles, compliance, vendor management, reporting and sensitive cases. Build standardized, data-driven, AI-enabled HR processes, coach managers, and ensure accurate, compliant employee lifecycle operations.

As a Mortgage Specialist, you will handle leads by understanding their mortgage needs, guiding them through options, assisting with applications, and ensuring post-sale servicing and customer retention.
