Mission

MoneySmart generates home loan leads from customers looking to connect with a Mortgage Specialist. You will engage leads, understand their mortgage needs, and guide them through the application process, while driving revenue and ensuring compliance. This role offers :

  • A full work-from-home arrangement for Malaysia based position / hybrid working model for our Singapore based position 
  • Base salary plus performance-based commissions with high earning potential 
  • All leads provided by the company and no requirement for face-to-face customer interactions
  • Comprehensive training will be provided on Singapore property purchases, refinancing processes, and mortgage products
  • Flexibility to be available outside standard working hours may be required to accommodate customers’ schedules

Responsibilities

  • Promptly engage assigned leads and understand their mortgage requirements (new purchase, refinancing, or cash-out)
  • Compare mortgage options and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Advise customers on the overall property purchase and financing process
  • Support customers through the application journey until approval and loan completion
  • Review loans nearing the end of their lock-in period and advise on refinancing opportunities
  • Achieve monthly mortgage revenue targets and identify opportunities to maximise lead potential
  • Liaise with bankers on rates and promotions as needed
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong product knowledge of home loans and the broader mortgage industry
  • Highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused, with the resilience and persistence to navigate setbacks and objections
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong computer literacy, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and highly meticulous in administrative work, including accurate application checks and timely
  • Highly responsive and customer-centric, delivering prompt follow-ups, sound advice, and an excellent overall customer experience
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and committed to achieving monthly sales targets
