Supports institutional digital-asset trading through market monitoring, quantitative research, strategy evaluation, liquidity and execution analysis, trading-tool development, OTC solution analysis, business development, and risk-infrastructure projects. Uses Python and large datasets to analyze derivatives, volatility, funding, basis, market structure, and trading opportunities while collaborating across trading, technology, and commercial teams.

Provides regional and global desktop support through a follow-the-sun model. Responsibilities include resolving escalated incidents, maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, networks and office equipment, managing user accounts, documenting solutions, supporting trading systems, assisting with IT projects, and coordinating overnight support. The role also requires adherence to ITIL, security, regulatory and risk-management procedures, occasional weekend changes, and shift-based work in the Singapore office.

Supports APAC financial control and reporting, including front-office bonus calculations and accruals, management reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, balance-sheet sign-offs, reconciliations, and month-end close. Partners with finance, HR, management, and cross-functional teams on financial decisions and new business initiatives. Ensures regulatory compliance, SOX controls, accurate business metrics, and effective risk management.
