Lead finance for Marex's Singapore physical commodities business: design and scale finance, reporting and control frameworks; own P&L, inventory accounting, working capital, trade finance and CTRM/ETRM integrations; partner with traders, operations, risk and treasury; drive systems, automation and compliance; and manage and mentor a finance team.

Sell across commodity sectors in APAC, expanding client base and hitting revenue targets. Build and maintain client relationships, provide market analysis and trading ideas, coordinate internal stakeholders, identify cross-selling opportunities across asset classes, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence (MAS).

Supports the APAC Financial Products team in pricing and booking structured products across global and Asian markets. Responsibilities include drafting client newsletters and investment rationales, monitoring trading activity, assisting with trade support, tracking market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The intern will collaborate with sales, trading, operations, marketing, and business management teams while completing a team-defined project.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, consultants, and hedge fund managers across Southeast Asia. Facilitate introductions based on investment mandates and strategies, provide allocator intelligence to managers, support sales engagement, represent Marex at industry events, and expand the Capital Introduction platform. The role requires independent ownership of regional relationships, collaboration with global teams, and compliance with MAS and company risk requirements.
