The Front Office Developer will design and support trading applications for the Derivatives Engine to enhance trading activities and risk management.

Responsible for managing FX and Rates client portfolio, driving product growth in Southeast Asia, and overseeing onboarding and KYC processes.

Sell across commodity sectors in APAC, expanding client base and hitting revenue targets. Build and maintain client relationships, provide market analysis and trading ideas, coordinate internal stakeholders, identify cross-selling opportunities across asset classes, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence (MAS).

Responsible for new client acquisition in FX and interest rate hedging, building relationships, and maintaining a robust pipeline through networking and outreach campaigns.

Support the FP sales team with operational tasks in structured products transactions. Responsibilities include trade booking, lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance.

Lead compliance monitoring and assurance in APAC and MENA, conduct risk-based reviews, ensure compliance with regulations, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with global teams.
