Provide legal support to APAC physical commodities and capital markets businesses, drafting and negotiating commodity and financial contracts (ISDA, GMRA, prime brokerage), advising trading desks on operational, regulatory and dispute matters, monitoring APAC regulatory developments, managing external counsel, and supporting new business/product implementation and cross-border activities.

Lead finance for Marex's Singapore physical commodities business: design and scale finance, reporting and control frameworks; own P&L, inventory accounting, working capital, trade finance and CTRM/ETRM integrations; partner with traders, operations, risk and treasury; drive systems, automation and compliance; and manage and mentor a finance team.
