Provides regional and global desktop support through a follow-the-sun model. Responsibilities include resolving escalated incidents, maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, networks and office equipment, managing user accounts, documenting solutions, supporting trading systems, assisting with IT projects, and coordinating overnight support. The role also requires adherence to ITIL, security, regulatory and risk-management procedures, occasional weekend changes, and shift-based work in the Singapore office.

Supports APAC financial control and reporting, including front-office bonus calculations and accruals, management reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, balance-sheet sign-offs, reconciliations, and month-end close. Partners with finance, HR, management, and cross-functional teams on financial decisions and new business initiatives. Provide second- and third-line technical and functional support for global payments and settlement platforms. Investigate payment and transaction data using SQL and Oracle, manage incidents and outages, perform root-cause analysis, and support reconciliation and reporting. Develop PowerShell and Python automation, coordinate vendors and payment providers, support integrations and scheme changes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with infrastructure, service desk, operations, treasury, compliance, and technology teams in a follow-the-sun on-call model.

Legal Counsel supporting APAC physical commodities and capital markets businesses. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commodities, derivatives, clearing, prime brokerage, and trading agreements; advising on legal, regulatory, operational, product, dispute, and cross-border matters; monitoring regulatory developments; managing external counsel; and supporting legal risk management in a regulated environment.

Lead finance for Marex's Singapore physical commodities business: design and scale finance, reporting and control frameworks; own P&L, inventory accounting, working capital, trade finance and CTRM/ETRM integrations; partner with traders, operations, risk and treasury; drive systems, automation and compliance; and manage and mentor a finance team.

Sell across commodity sectors in APAC, expanding client base and hitting revenue targets. Build and maintain client relationships, provide market analysis and trading ideas, coordinate internal stakeholders, identify cross-selling opportunities across asset classes, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence (MAS).

Supports the APAC Financial Products team in pricing and booking structured products across global and Asian markets. Responsibilities include drafting client newsletters and investment rationales, monitoring trading activity, assisting with trade support, tracking market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
