Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials. Maintain study documentation, support subject recruitment, train sites on protocols, assess site quality, and track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution. The role requires collaboration with sites and customers, knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulations, strong organization, and flexibility to travel.

Supports the Records Management department by storing, organizing, retrieving, and managing records and information. Provides records support to employees and departments, accurately processes information, and updates company systems. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, basic Microsoft Office and database skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Physical duties include extended computer use, accessing stored files, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Lead complex global oncology clinical studies from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams across China, the United States, and Europe. Serve as the primary client contact, support business development, contribute to strategic account growth, and drive project execution in a global matrix organization.
