What It's Like to Work at iManage

We constantly test the latest developments in AI to fully understand both its strengths and its limitations. By embedding AI into our product suite, we’re helping teams cut through the noise and tap into the collective knowledge for their organizations quickly, effectively, and intuitively.

Whenever someone on the team runs into a problem, we all get together and jump in to figure out a solution. We value collaboration so we want to hear everyone’s ideas and are here to support each other.

From day one, my opinion has always been valued by leadership. I have been able to have a say in the technologies we use and processes that are implemented within our global SRE team. I’ve been encouraged to explore, while continuing to learn and bring new ideas to the table

I have the ability to propose new processes and changes, implement them, and see those changes deployed in a single day. It’s incredibly satisfying to see your work pushed into production, or to see other teams begin adopting new ideas.

To me, working at iManage means embracing change to become better. It means thriving in a diverse environment, respecting the differences and working together towards a common goal.

A lot of companies pay lip service to DE&I, but over the last two years at iManage, the leadership has demonstrated that they truly want us to win by investing in and prioritizing DE&I. You can’t help but be inspired by that.

Work from home was a game changer for me. I'm grateful that my boss enables me to block my calendar when needed and gives me a lot of flexibility. I'm able to be home to put the kids to bed and work on off hours to ensure I spend time with family.

We get to work with so many different teams, and what we do changes on a weekly basis, That’s one of the reasons I love it. We're given a problem and we get to be super creative and design a solution from start to finish.

Working at iManage has truly inspired me to be creative and start each day with a ton of energy. What stands out for me and I am most proud of, is the people. All of our opinions are so valued and immensely appreciated here.

Employees are given the freedom to expand and define their role. Everyone has their personal brand, and you can actually see how each individual plays an important part in our continued growth.

I give my team tasks and empower them to make the decisions required to finish that task. They don't have to ask for permission, I encourage them to be creative, innovative & problem solve, that's what makes this job fun, being able to flex those muscles.
