iManage offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees across health, financial security, family, and daily wellbeing.
Health coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with two HSA-eligible PPO plan options. Both plans cover preventive care at no cost, and iManage contributes to employees' Health Savings Accounts annually, up to $1,100 for family coverage. Dental and vision coverage are available through Guardian, with preventive dental services covered at no cost on all plans. Employees also have access to HealthJoy, a healthcare concierge platform that helps navigate coverage, find providers, review medical bills, and manage HSA and FSA accounts.
Time off is flexible and uncapped through iMAway, iManage's non-accrual PTO policy. Employees take the time they need for vacation, personal obligations, or volunteering, without rigid caps. The US calendar includes 12 company holidays annually, including two Global Wellness Days.
Parental leave is among the strongest elements of the package. Primary caregivers with at least one year of tenure receive 20 weeks of fully paid leave; secondary caregivers receive 10 weeks. Employees under one year of tenure receive 12 weeks (primary) and 4 weeks (secondary). Leave is gender-agnostic and available to all parents, including through adoption.
Retirement is supported through a 401(k) administered by Principal Financial, with iManage matching 100% of the first 4% of employee contributions. All employees are auto-enrolled at 4%. A dedicated certified financial planner is available to employees at no cost for confidential financial wellness consultations.
Additional benefits and perks include company-paid basic life insurance at 2x base salary, company-paid long-term disability coverage at 60% of base salary (structured to be tax-free), and auto-enrollment in Norton LifeLock identity theft protection. Employees also have access to RethinkCare for parenting support and professional development, an Employee Assistance Program through Guardian (free, confidential counseling and support), Hinge Health for musculoskeletal care, Wondr Health for behavioral wellness, and commuter benefits up to $340 per month for transit and parking. Legal assistance through LegalEASE covers employees and their families for a wide range of personal legal needs.
