Cover APAC equities clients from Liquidnet's Singapore algo trading desk: execute and monitor client algos and high-touch orders, provide execution consulting (pre/intra/post-trade TCA-driven advice), grow client relationships and adoption, identify business opportunities, collaborate with product and global teams, and maintain Salesforce records.

Manage APAC compensation and benefits programs, including strategy, benchmarking, salary reviews, variable pay administration, benefits renewals, vendor management, HRIS data integrity, budget monitoring, and employee communication to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Provide front-line desk support for global broking: enter and reconcile trades, resolve trade queries, maintain trade records and electronic whiteboards, supply trade details to brokers and traders, assist on desk projects, perform administrative duties, and monitor market and geopolitical news.

Design, implement and maintain distributed, real-time backend systems in an Agile team. Mentor engineers, ensure quality via unit tests/CI/CD, build scalable solutions, deliver POCs, and collaborate across QA and architecture to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Support APAC Exchange Traded Derivatives operations by ensuring accurate, timely trade processing across the trade lifecycle for futures, options and derivatives. Resolve exceptions with brokers, clients and clearing venues, maintain controls, SOPs and audit trails, run daily reconciliations and reports, and drive process improvements.
