Leads AI engineering for APAC Global Broking, partnering with brokers and business leaders to identify, design, and deliver productivity solutions. Develops AI agents, workflow automations, retrieval systems, document tools, and integrations from prototype through production. Ensures governance, security, architecture, testing, risk, adoption, and measurable benefits while coordinating business, technology, and control stakeholders.

Leads an 18-person APAC support organization responsible for real-time Level 1 support of broker and trader-facing platforms across five asset classes. Oversees incident resolution, service requests, onboarding, connectivity, STP, configuration, stakeholder communication, risk controls, and collaboration with Level 2 and development teams. Drives operational excellence through ServiceNow, AI, automation, analytics, process improvement, training, and performance management across distributed teams.

Support and optimize real-time financial market data systems, including exchange and client feeds. Integrate, normalize, monitor, and distribute low-latency market data while troubleshooting connectivity, data integrity, and infrastructure issues. Develop automation, tune system performance, conduct capacity planning, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with exchange and regulatory requirements. The role also supports deployments and production incidents during weekends and public holidays.

Lead strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management of indicative pricing and market data products for capital markets across APAC. Define roadmap, drive revenue and P&L, partner with broking, engineering, analytics and sales, ensure methodology and data governance, engage clients and partners, and mentor product teams to deliver market-leading data and analytics solutions.

Cover APAC equities clients from Liquidnet's Singapore algo trading desk: execute and monitor client algos and high-touch orders, provide execution consulting (pre/intra/post-trade TCA-driven advice), grow client relationships and adoption, identify business opportunities, collaborate with product and global teams, and maintain Salesforce records.

Manage APAC compensation and benefits programs, including strategy, benchmarking, salary reviews, variable pay administration, benefits renewals, vendor management, HRIS data integrity, budget monitoring, and employee communication to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Design, implement and maintain distributed, real-time backend systems in an Agile team. Mentor engineers, ensure quality via unit tests/CI/CD, build scalable solutions, deliver POCs, and collaborate across QA and architecture to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
