Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
The Capital Markets Product team within Parameta Solutions is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management of Indicative Pricing and Market Data products across global capital markets, with a particular focus on driving growth and market leadership across Asia-Pacific.
Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for a broad portfolio of pricing and market data products derived from TP ICAP's global broking franchise. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Broking, Sales, Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Operations and Compliance to identify, develop and commercialize differentiated data and analytics solutions.
The role combines strategic product leadership, commercial management and market expertise, requiring a deep understanding of fixed income and derivatives markets, pricing methodologies, market structure, client workflows and the evolving data requirements of institutional market participants.
The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding data monetization opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening Parameta Solutions' position as a leading provider of pricing and market intelligence solutions globally, while ensuring strong representation of Asian market requirements and opportunities within the broader product strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap for Indicative Pricing and Market Data products globally, with particular emphasis on agreed asset classes and driving growth across Asia-Pacific, including product business cases, commercial positioning and P&L performance.
- Own the commercial success and lifecycle management of the product portfolio, encompassing product definition, requirements, development, testing, operational readiness, client adoption, revenue growth and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with Global Broking leadership, Desk Heads and regional stakeholders to source new datasets, enhance data capture and maximize the commercial value of broker-generated information.
- Lead cross-functional product development initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Quantitative Research, Analytics, Data Science, Product Proposition and Implementation teams to deliver innovative data and analytics solutions that address evolving client needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing product offerings, ensuring methodologies, pricing models, benchmarks, analytics and data standards remain aligned with evolving market structures, trading conventions, regulatory requirements and client workflows.
- Apply deep cross-asset market expertise to assess pricing methodologies, valuation approaches, market conventions and model outputs, supporting the development of robust, transparent and commercially relevant products.
- Establish and maintain strong product governance, including methodology oversight, data quality standards, operational processes, documentation and client transparency.
- Represent the voice of the client by engaging with buy-side, sell-side and market infrastructure participants to understand market developments, gather feedback and identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, sales enablement, client use cases, product collateral, thought leadership and training initiatives that support commercial growth.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party data providers and industry partners to strengthen the competitiveness and reach of the Capital Markets Data product portfolio.
- Provide leadership and mentorship across the Product organization, fostering collaboration, innovation and best practices while operating effectively in a fast-paced global environment and representing Parameta Solutions with clients and stakeholders across key financial markets.
- Work with Analytics and Implementation specialists to support the design, development and execution of new Product ideas
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Extensive experience in financial market data, indicative pricing, pricing services, valuations, trading or related capital markets products.
- Deep understanding of fixed income and derivatives markets, including market structure, liquidity dynamics, valuation approaches and trading workflows.
- Proven track record of developing, commercializing and managing revenue-generating market data products.
- Strong understanding of institutional client workflows across trading, portfolio management, risk management, valuation, IPV and regulatory functions.
- Experience working closely with broking, trading, quantitative, technology and commercial teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, build business cases and deliver commercial outcomes. Strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility, pricing strategy and revenue growth management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior business leaders and decision-makers. Strong communication and presentation skills, including direct engagement with clients, executives and industry stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Asia and internationally as required
- High level of professional integrity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
Desired
- Strong knowledge of Asian fixed income and derivatives markets.
- Experience with pricing and valuation methodologies across Rates, Credit, FX, Inflation, Emerging Markets and Structured Products.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, Numerix, Yield Book, ICE Data Services and other market data or valuation platforms.
- Programming experience in Python, VBA or similar analytical tools.
- Strong client focus: ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage diverse stakeholders
