Provide global compliance advisory coverage for exchange-traded derivatives and physical commodities. Advise senior business and front-office leaders on regulatory strategy, conduct, new products, market expansion, workflows, and regulatory change. Coordinate with regional compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams; support governance, training, investigations, acquisitions, and due diligence. Serve as escalation point for complex compliance matters and help ensure consistent regulatory standards across jurisdictions.

Support global trading applications by investigating production incidents, monitoring system health, coordinating changes and releases, supporting trading-cycle operations, and improving reliability. Responsibilities include major-incident coordination, log analysis, observability, root-cause analysis, automation, post-incident reviews, and collaboration across technical and business teams. The role contributes to an evolving SRE-aligned operating model focused on resilience, operational efficiency, and reduced downtime.

Prospect and secure new B2B clients for financial data and analytics products across APAC. The role involves qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored presentations, managing CRM records and pipeline health, collaborating with SDRs, and consistently meeting sales targets. Candidates should have B2B sales experience in data, analytics, or financial technology, strong consultative communication skills, Salesforce experience, and business-level English. Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is advantageous.
