Lead research and development of railway operation optimization solutions: capture customer requirements, develop prototypes and PoCs, apply simulation, digital twin and AI/ML techniques, collaborate with global teams, and produce technical reports and proposals for real-world deployments.

Manage execution of transformer projects from order handover to close-out: plan, monitor, report, control risks, coordinate FAT, shipment, installation, testing and commissioning, track finances, and liaise with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, schedule, budget and safety targets are met.

Lead regional business development for integrated energy solutions (BESS, EMS, medium-voltage, plant electrification). Build customer relationships, identify new markets, deploy innovative commercial models (frame agreements, capacity reservations), drive partnerships and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliant, value-driven commercial agreements.
