Manages fund and portfolio analysis for an Asia-Pacific real estate investment vehicle. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, liquidity forecasting, performance analysis, scenario planning, recurring fund reporting, asset-management analysis, acquisitions underwriting, investor due diligence, and capital-raising materials. The role also supports process automation and progressively assumes ownership of portfolio-management workstreams while collaborating with regional investment, asset management, research, financing, and capital markets teams.

Supports APAC development teams with MEP system design, budgeting, consultant and contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and material purchasing. Reviews engineering designs and budgets, advises on preconstruction activities, maintains MEP specifications and lessons-learned resources, monitors industry trends, and assists construction management. Requires extensive MEP design experience, strong technical and communication skills, and approximately 50% travel throughout APAC.
