Investment Management Summer Analyst Intern supporting Hines’ APAC commercial real estate investment team. Responsibilities include underwriting projects, asset management, investment evaluation, market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and investigating new business lines. The intern will collaborate with experienced real estate professionals, manage multiple assignments, and complete and present a capstone project to investment management leadership.

Supports APAC development teams with MEP system design, budgeting, consultant and contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and material purchasing. Reviews engineering designs and budgets, advises on preconstruction activities, maintains MEP specifications and lessons-learned resources, monitors industry trends, and assists construction management. Requires extensive MEP design experience, strong technical and communication skills, and approximately 50% travel throughout APAC.
