Supports the growth and distribution of HarbourVest’s Evergreen private equity products across APAC and EMEA. Responsibilities include product management and operations support, sales enablement, investment and performance commentary, RFP and operational due diligence support, fund data and documentation maintenance, competitor monitoring, regional platform connectivity, and project management. The role requires private markets expertise, knowledge of open-ended fund operations and private wealth distribution, strong quantitative and communication skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Lead APAC recruitment and manage end-to-end hiring in Workday, including job postings, interviews, reference/background checks, offers, and onboarding. Provide HR business partner advisory and administer APAC payroll (vendor liaison, reporting, schedules). Maintain HRIS records, run orientations, support benefits enrollment, and handle confidential HR documentation.

Provide in-region tax structuring support for APAC private markets investments and products: advise on transaction tax risks, supervise external advisers, manage tax reporting and filing obligations, develop product entities, maintain trackers, update policies and documentation, and deliver internal tax trainings.

Productionize and deploy Python-based analytics and AI prototypes into reliable, supportable services. Support APAC Data Science with engineering, DevOps, and documentation. Modernize legacy analytics, maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring workflows, and collaborate with global teams to apply clean architecture, testing, version control, and deployment standards.
