Calculate, validate and recover demurrage and voyage-related claims, liaise with operators/agents/counterparties, maintain claim records and reporting, escalate legal issues, drive process improvements and use data/digital tools to increase recovery and control.

Support the deal life-cycle for commodity trades: validate and issue contracts from templates, ensure ETRM trade data matches contracts, verify broker confirmations and counterparty contracts, escalate discrepancies, interact with counterparties and stakeholders, and maintain contractual records.

Validate and settle third‑party inspection invoices by verifying line items against rate cards, contracts, and policies; resolve exceptions with Operations/Procurement; record validated invoices in the financial system; maintain audit trails and controls; release payments and recommend process improvements.

The Settlements Analyst will manage invoice processing, transaction verification, and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate settlements in energy trading.

Provide 2nd-level application support and business analysis for commodity trading systems, handling incidents, root-cause analysis, reporting, and liaising between front office, IT, DBAs, and development teams to improve processes and ensure SLAs.
