Performs general ledger accounting and month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, intercompany confirmations, fixed asset processing, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Ensures compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX controls, SLAs, audit requirements, and statutory deadlines. The role also supports process improvement, migrations, and coordination with internal auditors and management.

Leads organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption across global transformation and transition initiatives. Develops change strategies, messaging, impact assessments, training coordination, and mitigation plans while supporting program governance, reporting, risk tracking, business requirements, and transition execution. Partners with leaders, HR, Communications, and operational teams to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

Leads culture, employee engagement, recognition, and employee experience programs from planning through implementation. Translates strategic priorities into practical tools, communications, resources, and experiences; manages cross-functional projects, stakeholders, timelines, and risks; researches organizational practices; analyzes employee feedback and program metrics; develops leadership materials; facilitates collaboration; and recommends improvements to culture and workplace effectiveness initiatives.
