Lead and deliver intercompany process transformation initiatives across Finance, Tax, IT, GBS and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment to global standards, drive ERP implementations (e.g., S/4HANA), manage risks/dependencies, track KPIs and value realization, and embed change management and continuous improvement across regions.

Provide expert support for Account-to-Report operations including review and approval of complex transactions, ensure GAAP compliance, identify and drive process improvements, manage issue resolution and internal controls, serve as audit contact, update SOPs, and contribute to leadership and stabilization of R2R processes.

Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure. Gathers requirements, develops custom reports and calculated fields, configures dashboards and scheduled reports, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors team members, analyzes report performance, and delivers ad-hoc workforce insights to support HR and business decisions.
