Leads a global treasury operations team responsible for bank systems, cash positioning, liquidity management, funding, FX transactions, payments, in-house banking, netting, treasury accounting, reporting, data governance, and audit controls. Partners with finance, accounting, FP&A, IT, banks, auditors, and global treasury teams while ensuring efficient transaction processing and strong internal controls.

Leads the design, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of global treasury processes, including cash management, FX risk, liquidity forecasting, bank account management, and payments. Oversees treasury system implementations, automation, M&A integration, and cross-functional global projects. Partners with finance hubs, corporate treasury, auditors, banks, and technology teams to improve adherence, efficiency, and risk management across regions.

Performs invoice-to-pay accounting transactions accurately, follows procedures and service levels, supports process improvements, maintains operating procedures, and trains junior accountants or new team members. The role requires accounting process experience, SAP or ERP knowledge, strong English and communication skills, customer orientation, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
