Leads APAC card scheme compliance, managing rules, network requirements, stakeholder relationships, non-compliance remediation, waivers, audits, scheme releases, workshops, and industry meetings. Advises business units on compliance, product integration, market strategies, and risk-based decisions while coordinating with card schemes and industry bodies.

Lead APAC go-to-market strategy for cross-border, multi-currency payment solutions. Drive product launches, ISV integrations, pre-sales support, merchant onboarding, partner enablement, and GTM measurement while translating regional regulatory and market requirements into product inputs.

Own end-to-end architecture for AI-powered developer tooling: define technical vision, design LLM/agentic systems (RAG, tool-calling, orchestration), ensure scalability, security, and compliance, evaluate models/vendors, prototype with AI tools, and guide engineering teams to production.

Leads Fiserv’s APAC growth, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy for embedded finance and digital assets. Drives business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion. Builds executive relationships across financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, platforms, and marketplaces; coordinates with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery teams; provides regional market expertise; influences product roadmaps; and represents Fiserv externally.
