Translate regional regulatory and market requirements into inputs for global product development and iterate on product and launch plans based on merchant feedback.

Lead end-to-end implementations for merchant acquiring and financial institution clients, manage project plans, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication, conduct feasibility and cost‑benefit analyses, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure timely, compliant launches while advising clients and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Serve as primary technical contact for clients integrating with Fiserv payment gateway APIs. Provide API integration guidance, troubleshoot authentication/transaction/webhook issues, analyze logs/payloads, create integration guides, and relay client feedback to product and engineering. Support implementations, workshops, and enterprise clients.

The APAC Next Gen Architect will lead the enterprise architecture strategy focused on cloud-native technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and business growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting best practices.
