Datadog offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial wellbeing, and work-life balance. We cover 90% of employee health insurance premiums and offer multiple plan options, including HDHP, PPO, and EPO plans, along with HSA and FSA options to meet different needs. We provide a dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to the first $2,000, with a one-year vesting period, to help employees plan for the future.

We also offer a discretionary PTO policy, 11 paid company holidays, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents. Employees receive a monthly stipend that can be used toward wellness, gym memberships, or home office expenses. Additional perks include commuter benefits or parking reimbursement (where applicable), on-site or subsidized meals and snacks in many offices, company-wide offsites and team events, and other programs such as pet insurance and technology support — all designed to enhance the day-to-day employee experience.
