Embed with customer engineering teams to discover high-value workflows, design and ship production AI agents and coding-agent systems, integrate them with authentication, data, tools, and delivery platforms, and harden them through testing, evaluations, monitoring, and safe rollouts. Own outcomes from discovery through post-launch support, measure business impact, enable customers to operate the systems, and convert field learnings into reusable product improvements.

Own enterprise accounts in the Philippines while based in Singapore, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Lead complex sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders, demonstrate AI-powered developer tools, guide evaluations and rollouts, build executive relationships, quantify ROI, generate outbound pipeline, and provide customer feedback to influence product direction.

Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery, partnering with executive sponsors and Forward Deployed Engineers. Scope AI projects, lead technical discovery, configure workflows and integrations, drive adoption, train users, manage feasibility and expansion opportunities, and relay product gaps to Engineering and Product. The role requires executive presence, technical credibility in LLMs and agentic coding, hands-on platform configuration, and the ability to deliver production AI workflows quickly.
