Drives enterprise adoption and business value for Cursor by building relationships with engineering leaders, guiding rollout and AI usage best practices, coordinating with Sales and Field Engineering, influencing the product roadmap, and managing account health, renewals, and expansion. The role requires strategic account planning, executive communication, technical understanding of software development workflows, and customer-facing experience in enterprise software.

Lead GTM strategy and revenue operations for the APJ region, building forecasting, pipeline review, territory, quota, and performance infrastructure from scratch. Partner with regional and global leadership on business reviews, strategic analysis, resource planning, and operational improvements. Serve as the connection between APJ and global revenue operations while hiring and managing a regional team.

Lead and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers to resolve complex customer issues, partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, build automations and tooling, monitor team metrics, and champion documentation and knowledge sharing to scale AI-enhanced developer support.
