Own a named book of enterprise accounts across Singapore; run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close; build account strategies; create pipeline; partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; navigate complex procurement and legal processes; meet revenue targets and help establish Cursor's enterprise presence in the region.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams (Sales, Field/ Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps). Act as strategic partner to leaders, design talent strategy, source and close top candidates, improve hiring processes, use data to optimize recruiting outcomes, and build scalable programs.
