Lead and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers to resolve complex customer issues, partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, build automations and tooling, monitor team metrics, and champion documentation and knowledge sharing to scale AI-enhanced developer support.

Embed with customer engineering teams to discover bottlenecks, design and ship production-grade AI-native Cursor workflows end-to-end. Build fast prototypes, harden systems with monitoring, tracing, metrics, and safe rollouts, debug model behavior and optimize latency/cost, and convert solutions into reusable product patterns while partnering with platform and engineering leadership.

Own APJ deal desk end-to-end: price and structure enterprise deals, build quotes/order forms in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad, coordinate Legal/Finance/Billing, drive approvals, and establish regional playbooks and processes.
