Own enterprise accounts in the Philippines while based in Singapore, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Lead complex sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders, demonstrate AI-powered developer tools, guide evaluations and rollouts, build executive relationships, quantify ROI, generate outbound pipeline, and provide customer feedback to influence product direction.

Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery, partnering with executive sponsors and Forward Deployed Engineers. Scope AI projects, lead technical discovery, configure workflows and integrations, drive adoption, train users, manage feasibility and expansion opportunities, and relay product gaps to Engineering and Product. The role requires executive presence, technical credibility in LLMs and agentic coding, hands-on platform configuration, and the ability to deliver production AI workflows quickly.

Drives enterprise adoption and business value for Cursor by building relationships with engineering leaders, guiding rollout and AI usage best practices, coordinating with Sales and Field Engineering, influencing the product roadmap, and managing account health, renewals, and expansion. The role requires strategic account planning, executive communication, technical understanding of software development workflows, and customer-facing experience in enterprise software.

Lead GTM strategy and revenue operations for the APJ region, building forecasting, pipeline review, territory, quota, and performance infrastructure from scratch. Partner with regional and global leadership on business reviews, strategic analysis, resource planning, and operational improvements. Serve as the connection between APJ and global revenue operations while hiring and managing a regional team.

Drive revenue growth across large enterprise accounts by acquiring new logos and expanding existing customers. Lead complex sales cycles involving engineering, product, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders. Demonstrate Cursor’s AI-powered developer tools, guide trials and rollouts, build executive relationships, quantify ROI, generate outbound pipeline, and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Lead and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers to resolve complex customer issues, partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, build automations and tooling, monitor team metrics, and champion documentation and knowledge sharing to scale AI-enhanced developer support.

Lead and scale a Singapore-based Sales Development team for APJ: hire, coach, and develop Account Associates; execute signal-based and outbound pipeline programs; partner with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales; set playbooks, operating cadence, and performance metrics; foster career paths into GTM roles.

Embed with customer engineering teams to discover bottlenecks, design and ship production-grade AI-native Cursor workflows end-to-end. Build fast prototypes, harden systems with monitoring, tracing, metrics, and safe rollouts, debug model behavior and optimize latency/cost, and convert solutions into reusable product patterns while partnering with platform and engineering leadership.

Own APJ deal desk end-to-end: price and structure enterprise deals, build quotes/order forms in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad, coordinate Legal/Finance/Billing, drive approvals, and establish regional playbooks and processes.

Sell Cursor's AI-powered developer tools to startups and mid-market customers. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline, drive revenue, manage complex technical deals, quantify ROI, and influence product roadmap.
