Develops account plans, leads complex RFQ, RFP, and tender strategies, manages executive client relationships, and identifies supply chain transformation opportunities. Partners across regional, vertical, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions, oversees executive business reviews, monitors profitability and pipeline performance, handles escalations, provides market intelligence, and mentors account teams.

The role supports client relationships while coordinating across carriers, origin/destination teams, and global offices to improve service execution and operational performance.

Leads Southeast Asia industrial project logistics strategy, business development, technical solution design, and operational delivery for complex heavy-lift, oversized, breakbulk, and charter shipments. Owns regional P&L, pricing, procurement, risk, safety, client relationships, and stakeholder engagement. Builds strategic partnerships and leads commercial, operations, and engineering teams while ensuring successful multimodal project execution across energy, mining, infrastructure, and renewable sectors.
