The Head of Marketing & Strategy IAPAC leads marketing initiatives across products, pricing, promotion, and strategy development for the IAPAC region while overseeing M&A and innovation management, and guiding a team in a B2B industrial environment.

Lead global sustainable natural rubber (SNR) governance, policy, assurance, supplier engagement, and reporting. Represent Continental in GPSNR and industry bodies, design risk/mitigation strategies, run supplier capacity building and Rubberway onboarding, manage SNR KPIs and reporting (SPOTT, GPSNR, ESRS, CDP), and support carbon/Scope 3 emissions data collection across the NR value chain.

The Application Engineer will analyze and optimize conveyor belt systems, support sales with technical recommendations, and drive growth in the APAC market.
