Job Description

As an intern, you will be involved in:

  1. Developing a system to check and verify the correct billing, packaging quantity, and vendor by purchase order.

  2. Automating open orders with accurate shipping information.

  3. Automating a system to verify freight requirements against allocations on a monthly basis.

  4. Preparing shipping documents and archiving them on an on‑demand basis.

  5. Supporting other supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field

Preferred candidates should possess the following:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  2. Good command of English, both written and spoken

  3. Advanced knowledge of VBA/Python programming

  4. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills

  5. Ability to work independently and be results‑oriented
