Build and operate an agentic AI investigations platform: implement production-grade agentic workflows, integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector search, Temporal, and PostgreSQL; design backend services, data ingestion and classification pipelines; deliver full-stack features; collaborate with customers and define architecture and engineering standards.

Provide Tier-2 IT support for APAC users: troubleshoot hardware and AV, manage onboarding/offboarding, handle ITSM tickets to SLA, maintain assets and inventory, image and provision devices, assist with basic network room tasks, and ensure security and compliance.
