Build and operate an agentic AI investigations platform: implement production-grade agentic workflows, integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector search, Temporal, and PostgreSQL; design backend services, data ingestion and classification pipelines; deliver full-stack features; collaborate with customers and define architecture and engineering standards.

Provide Tier-2 IT support for Singapore and APAC users including hardware break/fix, AV and conference-room support, workstation and network-room maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, device imaging and MDM tasks, ticket handling via ITSM, inventory stocktaking, and daily/monthly reporting to meet SLAs.
