Owns KYC/KYB onboarding, AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, fraud controls, risk rules, case management, and compliance products. Translates regulatory and operational requirements into product flows, business rules, PRDs, API requirements, and workflows. Partners with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, QA, Data, and external vendors through delivery, testing, launch, and optimization. Uses funnel, approval, rejection, accuracy, workload, and vendor data to improve conversion, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.

The role involves sourcing clients, servicing their crypto needs, onboarding them, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Market feedback and P&L maintenance are also key responsibilities.

The Global Head of Marketing will define marketing strategies, lead global PR and event operations, manage growth in target markets, and ensure team alignment with company goals.
