Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Consumer Trading team to lead the design and development of trading systems, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives across teams.

Own end-to-end relationships for high-priority institutional clients on Coinbase Prime, driving adoption, retention, and revenue across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoins. Coordinate onboarding, integrations, and cross-functional issue resolution; lead product demos and technical walkthroughs; manage CRM pipeline and surface client feedback to shape product roadmap and identify upsell opportunities.

Lead end-to-end regional threat case management, perform structured behavioral threat assessments, coordinate intelligence-led incident response with cross-functional partners, produce executive briefings, and mature regional protective intelligence processes, tooling, and training to mitigate threats to employees, executives, facilities, and operations.
