Manage a book of software subscription renewals for the Indonesia market, close renewals before expiration, meet quarterly targets, engage customers and channel partners, generate quotes and opportunities in Salesforce, forecast renewals, investigate at-risk deals, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams. Frequent travel to Indonesia required.

Design and deliver Cohesity data protection architectures and repeatable deployment blueprints. Lead customer migrations from assessment through deployment, identify risks, create sizing/integration designs, validate procedures in-field, enable partners and customers, and provide product feedback to engineering and product teams. Drive documentation, runbooks, and post-deployment operational practices.

Identify and engage prospective customers across ANZ through multi-channel outreach, qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, book meetings for Account Executives, collaborate on prospecting lists, and leverage CRM and AI tools to drive pipeline development.
