Lead customer migrations from assessment through deployment, identify risks, create sizing/integration designs, validate procedures in-field, enable partners and customers, and provide product feedback to engineering and product teams. Drive documentation, runbooks, and post-deployment operational practices.

Lead and scale a regional pre-sales engineering organization across ASEAN, drive technical go-to-market and revenue growth, guide complex enterprise sales cycles, influence global product roadmap with regional insights, enable channel partners, and represent Cohesity at senior customer and industry engagements.

Drive outbound and inbound prospecting for the Japan region: build lists, identify decision-makers, run multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and develop product knowledge. Use CRM, prospecting tools, and AI to increase productivity and support pipeline growth.
